In a warm atmosphere, the restaurant Le Merle Blanc in Digoin welcomes you for a lunch or a dinner in the colours of Burgundy. On the menu, rich and varied dishes dishes such as Snails with parsley butter, ballotin of chicken stuffed with foie gras sauce, etc., as well as a wide range of wines from the region.
For variety, we also offer dishes from oabroad and other creative dishes such as Breton shortbread with lemon cream and pink grapefruit in mojito sauce, or black forest revisited with blackcurrant, or vegetarian dishes such as gratin with two apples...
You will appreciate the variety of our dishes prepared entirely by us (home-made duck foie gras, home-made smoked salmon, etc). All our dishes are home-made (except for French fries), using products chosen by us according to the market and the season.
With a capacity of about 110 covers, the restaurant also welcomes groups, seminars, cocktail parties, banquets, communion meals, birthdays, Christmas meals, weddings ....

Winter season: The restaurant is open between 12pm and 2pm for lunch, and between 7pm and 8.30pm for dinner. Weekly closing on Sunday evening, and evenings of public holidays, Saturday lunch and Friday lunch and evening.
Summer season (mid-May to mid-September): the restaurant is open between 12pm and 2pm for lunch, and between 7pm and 8.30pm for dinner (except staff disponibilities).
